The founder of Waterford Law Group created his first 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Vision Ministries, over nineteen years ago. Inspired by a friend and successful businessman, Vision Ministries has raised and given away well over $2 million and has provided assistance to the homeless in our community as well as orphanages throughout the world. There is no practice area at Waterford that is closer to what the Firm’s true mission and purpose is.
Waterford Law Group understands the world of nonprofit entities and thrives in partnering with those who have a passion to change the world. As an example Waterford Law not only was responsible for the formation and subsequent receipt of 501(c)(3) approval for the Twenty-First Judicial District Drug Court, but was able to secure a much needed financial grant to secure the establishment of this great organization. Years later, the Drug Court continues and is a thriving contributor to our community. The mission of Waterford Law does not stop when IRS approval is granted to our client. We remain involved and desire to ultimately to see our client’s vision to come to fruition.
Waterford has assisted, operated and organized numerous nonprofit organizations ranging from international mission organizations, to local private schools, churches, and organizations founded to provide hope for those in need. Waterford’s extensive experience includes:
