Waterford provides assistance in the areas of mediation, arbitration and reconciliation counsel. The Firm includes a Rule 31 Mediator who is able to mediate family law matters as well as business and contract disputes. Additionally Waterford Law provides conflict coaching and is able to step into unstable and difficult situations to bring capable, thoughtful, nonemotional and independent counsel.
After twenty years of litigation experience it has become readily apparent, there are no winners in litigation. Yes, it is true that at the end of each lawsuit a winner is declared. But is this a misnomer? Litigants most often receive their “day in court” and “justice” only to realize that the victory is hollow and empty. Is there a better way? Is there a way to receive justice and do so without destroying families and relationships, years of anxiety and anguish and exorbanent legal and court costs?
