George H. Landolt

Rule 31 Supreme Court Mediator

Areas of Practice:

  • Mediation and Reconciliation Services
  • Business Consultation
  • General Counseling

George Landolt is a truly uniquely gifted teacher and counselor.  With a background as a stock broker, he has managed the personal wealth of some of Nashville’s top business leaders. George leads Waterford’s efforts on arbitration and conflict resolution.  Following in the spiritual path of his late grandfather, George Hart, who was described in his community newspaper as having "a delicate sense of evaluation, timing, honesty and whatever else it takes to become a master at dealing with people and their many-sided problems" - George Hart Landolt likewise has an uncanny ability to know the part of people that is the most hidden and most painful; and to direct them toward a transformational healing and resolution.

Through his work with people on a very personalized basis, George brings the invisible to light.  George is no respecter of persons when dealing with the issues of raw humanity that affect all of us; our faith, our attitudes, our actions, and our motives. Whether working with individual counseling clients, or talking one-on-one with people inside of client organizations; George moves people toward excellence and authenticity.  He is an independent counselor and life-balance coach, and is affiliated with Vision Ministries and Midtown Fellowship.  George transforms organizations through a journey of personal transformation of its leaders.   He is married to Julie. They have three daughters, and reside in Nashville.
